Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a location within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification, subject to applicable law.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
